NESOTOUCH SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview

Welcome to Nesotouch (Pty) Ltd.

Nesotouch is an import and e-commerce business supplying products through Available Stock, Air Pre-Orders, and Sea Pre-Orders.

Some products are stocked locally in South Africa and are ready for dispatch, while others are imported specifically for customers through our established sourcing, warehouse, and international shipping network.

The product page will clearly indicate whether an item is:

  • Available Stock
  • Air Pre-Order
  • Sea Pre-Order

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery time applicable to your purchase.

2. Available Stock

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

Available Stock products are physically held in our South African warehouse and are ready for dispatch once payment has been confirmed.

Our process includes:

  • Order confirmation
  • Payment verification
  • Quality check
  • Dispatch via courier or collection from our Johannesburg warehouse
  • Delivery to your chosen address
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Air Pre-Order (Imported Products)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 Days
  • Air Pre-Order products are imported from our trusted international suppliers, primarily in China.
  • These items are not stocked in South Africa and are purchased specifically for each customer after full payment has been received.
  • Our import process includes:
  • Order confirmation
  • Full payment received
  • Product purchased from the supplier
  • Supplier delivers the goods to our China warehouse
  • Goods are inspected and consolidated
  • Shipment by air to South Africa
  • Customs clearance
  • Final delivery to your address or collection from our Johannesburg warehouse
  • Air freight is our fastest international shipping option and is ideal for customers requiring quicker delivery.

Because these products are specially sourced for each customer, cancellations after supplier confirmation are generally not possible. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Sea Pre-Order (Imported Products)

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–8 Weeks
  • Sea Pre-Order products are imported from our trusted international suppliers, primarily in China, using ocean freight.
  • These items are not stocked in South Africa and are purchased specifically for each customer after full payment has been received.
  • Our import process includes:
  • Order confirmation
  • Full payment received
  • Product purchased from the supplier
  • Supplier delivers the goods to our China warehouse
  • Goods are consolidated into scheduled sea shipments
  • Shipment by sea to South Africa
  • Customs clearance
  • Final delivery to your address or collection from our Johannesburg warehouse
  • Sea freight is a cost-effective shipping option for larger or heavier products but requires a longer delivery timeframe.

Because these products are specially sourced for each customer, cancellations after supplier confirmation are generally not possible. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Order Processing

  • All online orders require 100% payment upfront.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive confirmation once their order enters processing.

6. Order Tracking & Updates

Customers will receive updates during the fulfilment process where applicable.

Depending on the product type, updates may include:

  • Order Confirmed
  • Supplier Purchase Completed
  • Goods Received at China Warehouse
  • Shipment in Transit
  • Customs Clearance
  • Out for Delivery
  • Delivered
  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

7. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver throughout South Africa.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to remote or outlying areas.
  • International deliveries may be arranged upon request.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details.
  • Ensuring contact information is correct.
  • Being available to receive the delivery.
  • Ensuring ordered products comply with any legal restrictions applicable to their destination.
  • Incorrect delivery information may result in additional courier charges.

9. Delivery Delays

All delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates.

Although Nesotouch makes every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Port congestion
  • Shipping line delays
  • Airline scheduling changes
  • Supplier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Government or regulatory actions
  • Customers will be informed of significant delays where reasonably possible.

10. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the delivery address is incorrect,
  • nobody is available to receive the parcel, or
  • the courier cannot gain access to the delivery location,
  • additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, incorrect items, damage, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with clear supporting photographs.

12. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect eligible orders from our Johannesburg warehouse once notified that their order is ready.

Collection is by prior arrangement during business hours.

Proof of identity or the order confirmation may be required before goods are released.

13. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery or collection.
